Tom Kolb

After serving six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a Sergeant, he built upon his lifelong passion for mechanics, which he had learned while growing up on an Indiana farm. Mr. Kolb acquired a diesel engine repair shop, where he experienced a 500% growth in business in the first five years. There, he found his passion for technology after successfully automating his business processes.

Dr. Ruben West
Dr. Ruben West has had an incredible journey marked by leadership, service, and dedication to making a positive impact.
Dr. West is an author, entrepreneur, royal advisor to the King of Ghana, international speaker, and recipient of the President's Lifetime Achievement Award from then-President Barack Obama.
Born in Topeka, Kansas, he rose to the rank of E-6 Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army by the age of 22, having received the Army Commendation Medal for his heroic actions during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Later, he became a medical doctor and created the Elite School of Surgical First Assistants, a national training program, while also patenting surgical devices sold across the country.
